Selection and documentation
Important process rules.
International recruitment is not instant placement. Different stages may require employer review, interviews, document checks, medical checks, government approvals, visa or work permit processing, and travel coordination.
Recommended process notice
Global Recruit Way may assist with communication and coordination, but final selection is made by employers and legal approvals are handled according to the rules of the relevant countries and authorities. Candidates must not resign, travel, or pay any unauthorized person based only on verbal promises.
